Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship each order to make sure your Beeswix products arrive safely. Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. 

You will recieve tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Beeswix is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the issue and make it right.
