Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact is within 5 days of delivery at beeswixcandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: 

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for scent preference or general dislike of a fragrance.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange or replacement review. 
  • Shipping costs are always non-refundable.

Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, however, if for whatever reason we must. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
